I like the bold nose against the thoughtful, measuring eyes. Someone with eyes set deep like that could really serve to intimidate... And is it just me, or is the subject giving a smirk, or a crooked smile?

It looks as if it could be the beauty of a cynic, regarding all things with reality and gritty shrewdness. It also looks as if it could be the musings of a lover or deviant, in adoring contemplation or mischievous scheming. The portrait is as enigmatic as the Mona Lisa.

I really love the lighting in this painting.. It highlights the bone structure and eyes perfectly.

Futuristic feel to this work due to the choice of colors. Almost appears like a person hiding behind a mask. The eyes really draw you in to see if there is a human behind the mask. I also see a smirk...
